Just like 2016, the Nutanix .NEXT 2017 conference grew over the previous year and had many exciting announcement!
The conference focused around building a hybrid cloud strategy through:

- Getting the most out of IT infrastructure
- Improving team skills and knowledge
- Building network
- Getting hands-on with technology labs
- Being inspired and informed
With more than 100 needle-moving speakers and 60 information packed breakout sessions. Sureline was honored to be included in two of the sessions presented by Nutanix. One of the most exciting session was the “When AWS is not forever” session.
In this cloud strategy session, Nutanix examined the technical and business criteria to be considered when migrating workloads between AWS® and their private cloud environment. A few real-world projects where application owners have successfully made the transition from public clouds were also discussed.
A short video prepared by Nutanix consultants demonstrated Sureline’s SUREedge MIgrator moving virtual environments from AWS to Nutanix AHV.
